Happy Weekend was created to offer a complete experience of rest, leisure, gastronomy and entertainment — all in a single package, designed for you to enjoy without worries.
To ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible, we've compiled the main information and conditions of the package below. By booking through the website, you agree to the terms described on this page.
About the Package
The Happy Weekend is an exclusive package from the Mercure Uberlândia Plaza Shopping hotel that includes accommodation, valet parking, welcome drinks, a pair of movie tickets, a voucher at a partner restaurant, breakfast, and access to the hotel facilities.
The included benefits are the same for all room categories and are subject to the operating rules of the hotel and the partners involved.
Usage Period
The Happy Weekend offer is valid for stays from Friday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, and/or Sunday to Monday. Consecutive days can be booked, with prices and benefits multiplied according to the number of days booked.
This package is not valid for long weekends, specific holidays, or periods of high demand, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Cancellations or changes to the reservation date can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in date. Please contact the Reservations team by email. h9602-re@accor.com or telephone (34) 3239-8000.
Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will be subject to a full charge of the reservation amount.
Reservations with Children
The Happy Weekend is available for families with children. Reservations for families with children must be made directly with the hotel staff, by phone or email, so that the experience can be personalized according to the family composition.

Children up to 11 years old stay free of charge, provided they share a bed with their parents.
Happy Weekend for Gift-Giving
Happy Weekend can also be purchased as a gift. The buyer must select the desired category and contact the Sales team by phone and WhatsApp (34) 3239-8300.
Payment can be made via Pix, Credit Card or Invoicing, according to the conditions in effect on the chosen date.
After payment confirmation, an exclusive discount code will be generated for the full amount paid. This code must be used by the recipient of the gift when making the reservation, directly on the website.
The person receiving the gift will be able to:
- Use the code in the purchased category; or
- Opt for a higher category, paying only the difference in price at the time of booking, subject to availability.
The use of the code is subject to the same availability rules, usage period, and general conditions as the Happy Weekend Package.
Check-in & Check-out
The schedule is subject to the standard policies of Mercure Uberlândia Plaza Shopping:
- Check-in: from 3 PM.
- Check-out: until 12pm.
Early check-in and late check-out can be requested at the Mercure Uberlândia Plaza Shopping reception, subject to availability and payment of an additional fee.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in all package categories. The service is offered from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the Coffee Shop area, located on the RE floor of the Mercure Uberlândia Plaza Shopping.
If preferred, guests can request breakfast to be served in their apartment, subject to availability.
Gastronomy
The Happy Weekend includes a meal for two people, valid at one of the participating restaurants in the Complex, according to the options presented at the time of your booking through the website.
The package also includes 2 welcome drinks, to be consumed at the Clementina Bar (open from 5 pm) after check-in.
The vouchers are handed out at check-in and have a specified expiry date.
Drinks, service charges, and any extras are not included and will be charged separately.
Recreation Area and Fitness Center
Happy Weekend guests have access to the facilities of the Mercure Uberlândia Plaza Shopping, which include:
- Leisure area with heated pool, hot tub and sauna;
- Spacious fitness center with modern equipment;
- Circulation areas such as the Entre Torres (Between Towers), the Atrium of Tower 2, and the access tunnel to Center Shopping.
Operating hours may vary and are subject to the hotel's internal regulations.
Cinema
The package includes a pair of Cinépolis tickets, valid exclusively for traditional 2D screenings. The tickets are not valid for VIP screenings, special sessions, or exclusive events. The programming is the responsibility of Cinépolis.
The vouchers are handed out at check-in and have a specified expiry date.
Parking
Included in the package is 1 parking space at the Mercure Uberlândia Plaza Shopping mall, with valet service. This benefit is valid for 1 vehicle per apartment.
Availability and Prices
Happy Weekend prices vary depending on the apartment category. Apartment availability is limited by category and varies according to the chosen date.
The total value of your reservation includes the following taxes, fees and additional services: Service Tax (ISS) of 3% per day.
General Provisions
The Happy Weekend is a promotional package. Items included in the package are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services.
The Mercure Uberlândia Plaza Shopping Hotel reserves the right to change the terms of the Package without prior notice, respecting reservations already confirmed.
