Terms and Conditions
Warranty policy
The total amount of accommodation is payable in advance by credit card at the time of booking. The credit card used in the reservation must have the name of the guest printed on it and be presented at reception upon arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation or modification, the amount due will not be refunded.
Check-in policy
The room is available from 14:00.
Check-out policy
The room can be released until 16:00 (upon availability).
Children policy
Identification document required for children under 18 years old. Lodging and breakfast are free for 1 child under 9 years old staying in the parents' room.
Special Period for Children
Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one of their parents and present an official ID document. The guardian appointed by the parents must have written authorization from one of them (notarized).
The total value of your reservation does not include the following taxes and fees:
City tax: 3% (per product / per night)

- Change of ticket
- Breakfast in the lounge with schedule
- 1 vehicle
- ATV field - tactical observation
